The description and price of the products you order will be as shown on SUPERDIAG website at the time you place your order.

All prices quoted on the website do not include shipping cost, this cost is calculated once you place the order directly from SUPERDIAG website. All prices is in EUR and without included EU-VAT

We accept payment via Paypal, Money Order, Western Union, VISA and MasterCard. If you use credit card your credit card will be charged when your order has been processed and accepted by our billing department. Additional verification may be required, and you will be contacted by our billing department should additional information be necessary to process your order.Orders are not processed until money is shown in bank accounts, paypal payments or Western union confirmation is correct.
No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order. When you complete order you accept our payment and shipping conditions.

We usually ship the item within one or two business days however, we is not responsible for the transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclued weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Depending on the delivery location, we use Express Courier services for shipment. Delivery companies used for shipping include: DHL or EMS Speedpost.
For international orders, packages would take approximately 3-5 business days. (Business days – excludes weekends and holidays).
If there is a problem with the delivery of your package or if the courier company can not deliver the goods We will request item to be returned and send it via other means. You will be adviced of such change via email.

All products sold through this website are covered by our warranty. All of our products include a 1 Year Warranty on all manufacturers defects.If some problem happend with products under warranty we exchange but not refund money.

• In the event that this product is Dead On Arrival (DOA), the owner has 7 days in which to return the Product to the retailer or place of purchase for a new replacement. If the owner does not return the product within 7 days then the Product will be treated under normal warranty conditions.
• Under normal warranty conditions the product must be returned to the Retailer, place of purchase, or any distrubutor in the country of purchase. For distributors please contact with www.superdiag.com
• Please ensure that the product is properly packaged so as to ensure that no damage occurs to the product during transit. Also make sure you have included an explanation of the problem.
• In the event that the goods requiring repair under warranty, the owner is responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the service centre. Whilst in transit the goods are at the owners risk.
• Should the goods be found in sound working order the owner may be charged a fee.

We does not share you personal details with any other company, other than the courier company. Details shared with our courier companies are the same details indicated by you in the shipping address section of your order form. In cases where there is a fraudulent charged made to your credit card, we may need (by law) to share information with the institution dealing with the matter . This information may be, IP address, billing addres, shipping address, full name, e-mail.
